Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Surveyor to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and analysing property conditions, preparing detailed reports, and providing valuable insights to clients and stakeholders to create level 2 and level 3 Home buyer reports. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive surveys of residential, to assess their condition, value, and compliance with relevant regulations, conditions for Level 2 and Level 3 Home buyer reports
- Analyse survey data to identify issues such as structural defects, boundary disputes, or environmental concerns.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and potential risks associated with properties.
- Collaborate with clients, estate agents, and legal professionals to provide expert advice on property-related matters.
- Utilise specialised equipment and software to measure land features, boundaries, and property dimensions accurately.
- Keep up-to-date with current legislation, industry standards, and best practices related to property surveying.
- Assist in project planning by providing accurate data on property features and conditions for development or renovation purposes.
Requirements
- Proven analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
- Mrics certified
- Relevant qualifications in land surveying, civil engineering, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple surveys and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and liaising with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure precise measurements and thorough assessments.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for site visits across various locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional environment.
