Field Care Supervisor -Ealing

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor to work in our service based in Ealing ! This is a great opportunity for an individual looking for career development, stability, and to develop in a professional context in this fast-growing care sector.
Job Responsibility:
- Setting up new packages of care for vulnerable people living in their own homes
- Completing risk assessments and person-centred care plan
- Routinely reviewing existing packages of care
- Spot checking care workers out in their field
- Undertaking supervision observations
- Building relationships with social workers, health professionals, people receiving care and their families/friends
- Assisting the Care Coordinator as and when necessary
- Assisting the Registered Manager as and when necessary
- Ensuring Care Workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Effectively and confidentially managing data and information.
- Accurately maintaining records.

Requirement:
- Experience in Field Care Supervisor preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written.
- Great team player.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Effective organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Awareness of key business principles.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
