Welsh language skills are essential for this role. Candidates must submit their application in Welsh, and all interviews will be conducted in Welsh.
Business Support staff within Cafcass Cymru provide a frontline service which operates from 9am to 5pm although flexibility of working hours is applicable according to business need.
Location of post – North Wales (Llandudno Junction)
Cafcass Cymru has a blended and flexible approach which incorporates both office and remote working, taking into account business need and how service users want to engage with us. Therefore, there is an expectation that successful candidates will attend their base office a minimum of twice a week.
Successful candidates will be appointed in merit order to immediate vacancies. A reserve list will be held which will allow candidates on the reserve list to be appointed to a role within 12 months of the initial offer should a suitable post become available.
In the event of a large number of applications, an initial sift will be conducted against the lead assessment criterion: Experience 1. Candidates who pass the initial sift may be progressed to a full sift or progressed straight to assessment/interview.
