Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties
- Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed, including glasses, garnishes, and beverages.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables when required during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong serving skills with an understanding of customer service principles.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Good time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy hours.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers. Pay: £12.21-£13.75 per hour
