Job Summary:
As a Car Parts Sales Advisor / eCommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service through our online & telephone channels. You will be responsible for helping to manage and maintain our eCommerce platform, responding to customer enquiries, and providing product information to ensure a seamless customer experience. Working closely as a small knit team, sometimes overlapping responsibilities & tasks. As well as uploading and updating products on our website.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our eCommerce platform, including product listings, inventory, and orders
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers
- Process orders and ensure timely dispatch of products
- Requirements:
- Experience in car parts sales and an excellent knowledge of car parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with eCommerce platforms ((Excel/ Photoshop/ Magneto 2 / Sage 200 desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
