Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private residences using commercial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces by sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly
- Assist with laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for everyone
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests courteously and efficiently
- Follow established cleaning protocols, health standards, and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning background is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
