Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/Server to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to company standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a courteous and timely manner, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
- Take orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and dining spaces to uphold health and safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed, including coffee beans, milk, cups, and other essentials to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any questions or special requests professionally.
- Follow food safety procedures diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a barista or server is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in food preparation or serving can be advantageous but is not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Strong time management skills are essential to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
