EXPERIENCED CONVEYANCER. TRUSTED COLLEAGUE. NATURAL MENTOR.
Christopher Brian is working with a well-established law firm in Poole looking for an experienced Conveyancer to become an important senior presence within its property team.
This role is about more than simply getting through files. The firm has Trainee Solicitors and ambitious Paralegalsdeveloping their careers within conveyancing, and they want someone experienced who can be a source of guidance, reassurance and technical support as they progress.
You’ll have the opportunity to pass on what you’ve learned throughout your own career while remaining involved in the day-to-day work of a busy conveyancing department.
The role could include:
- Providing guidance and support to Trainee Solicitors and Paralegals
- Helping less experienced colleagues develop their technical knowledge and confidence
- Being an approachable point of contact when more complex questions arise
- Supporting the wider team with residential conveyancing matters
- Maintaining excellent relationships with the firm’s clients
- Managing your own caseload, if that is something you want to continue doing
Having your own caseload would be ideal, but it isn't essential. The firm is open-minded about exactly how the position looks for the right person.
You may be an experienced Conveyancer who still enjoys running files, or you might be at the stage of your career where supporting and developing others is becoming increasingly important to you.
Why consider it?
- Use your experience in a role where it will genuinely be valued
- Help develop the firm's next generation of property lawyers
- Remain hands-on with conveyancing without the role being purely about your own caseload
- Join a supportive team with ambitious people coming through
- Take on a position of trust and importance within the firm
If you have strong conveyancing experience and like the idea of helping others become better at what they do, apply today or contact Christopher Brian for a confidential conversation.
Don't rule yourself out if your experience doesn't match every point. We recruit across the South and would be happy to discuss this or other suitable legal opportunities with you.
We will always speak with you before sending your details to any firm.
