We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Person who is friendly, motivated and reliable, to work alongside the staff team to ensure the premises are properly maintained and that the hotel meets all health and safety requirements.
Job responsibilities to include:
· Managing and fulfilling general maintenance tasks
· Health & Safety Monitoring
· Fire Safety checks
· Water testing
· Equipment maintenance
· Gardening
· Decorating and painting
· Record keeping
