What Youll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales and trade counter team
- Drive revenue growth, margin and branch profitability
- Build strong relationships with trade customers and contractors
- Identify and win new business development opportunities
- Manage key customer accounts and grow spend
- Oversee stock, pricing, margins and branch performance
- Deliver excellent customer service in a trade / wholesale environment
- Ensure high operational, compliance and Health & Safety standards
- Create a positive, target-driven and customer-focused team culture
What Were Looking For
- Experience in electrical wholesale, plumbing merchants, builders merchants or trade distribution
- Background as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor
- Proven success in sales growth, account management and customer development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness (sales, margin, costs and performance KPIs)
- Hands-on approach within a busy trade environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious, driven and customer-focused mindset

Monday to Friday
07:30am 5:00pm
