Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team as an apprentice for Pharmacy Technician course. The ideal candidate will have experience as a dispenser, possess strong medication administration skills, and be dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Dispensing prescribed medications accurately and efficiently
- Advising patients on medication usage and potential side effects
- Maintaining proper inventory levels of medications and supplies
- Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Processing prescription orders in accordance with regulatory requirements
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a pharmacy dispenser
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare providers
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices in patient care
