We're on the hunt for bar and floor legends to join our seasonal team.
The Role
You'll be the face of the bar and the floor, pulling pints, shaking up signature cocktails, slinging incredible local food, and making every guest feel like they've found their favourite spot in Cornwall. Sunsets over the harbour included.
What You'll Do
You'll mix and serve everything from classics to signature cocktails.
Talk guests through our local spirits, beers, and wines like a pro
Keep the bar sparkling, stocked, and downright Instagrammable,
Fly through transactions without breaking a sweat
Team up with a brilliant crew to deliver flawless service every time.
What You Bring
You'll need at least two years' bar or restaurant experience, so you know the rhythm of a busy service, along with confident cocktail skills. Bonus points if you can already make people say wow.
Trained baristas have a huge advantage here, since a proper flat white matters.
You'll bring a big personality and even bigger chat that leaves guests smiling
Stay cool, calm, and collected when things get busy

This is a part time, zero hours contract role based in Fowey, PL23 1AQ. You'll need to be able to commute or relocate before starting, and you must be authorised to work in the UK.
