United Minibuses & Coaches is a leading, award-winning passenger transport operator based in the Crawley and Gatwick area. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting professional PCV School Bus, Coach and Minibus Drivers to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver seeking regular Monday-to-Friday school run work, with the option to earn more through weekend overtime.

The Role
You will provide safe, reliable and professional transport for school children on scheduled school run services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving a bus, coach or minibus safely and professionally
- Completing morning and afternoon school transport duties
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils throughout each journey
- Delivering a punctual, dependable and friendly service
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks
- Reporting vehicle defects promptly
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, vehicle presentation and professional conduct
Essential Requirements
- Full Category D PCV driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Must have Current West Sussex County Council or Surrey County Council school transport driver ID badge
- Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work responsibly with children, schools and parents
- Ideally living within approximately 50 minutes of Crawley
Previous experience as a school bus driver, school coach driver, PCV driver, minibus driver, bus driver or home-to-school transport driver is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
