We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to run a section of the kitchen. Working under a talented Head Chef we are looking for applicants with a modern creative outlook and a desire to develop. You will be required to make sure every dish arrives on time using the best quality ingredients also anticipating and sorting out any problems before they happen.
If you have a passion for delivering excellence in food production and presentation, you are organized, methodical and able to work to strict deadlines we would like to hear from you. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section

Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met

Manage mise en place and prep for your station

Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff

Maintain stock control and minimise waste

Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

Deliver consistent quality during busy service periods

Support menu development and specials
