JDL Contractors Ltd is a growing contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment projects, with a strong focus on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Due to continued workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrician to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties
- First and second fix electrics for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Consumer unit changes, testing, and certification
- Fault finding and minor remedial works
- Working to high standards of safety, quality, and customer care
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Level 2 Testing & Inspection
- Gold CSCS card
- Previous experience in social housing or domestic refurbishment
- Full UK driving licence, company vehicle provided
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with tenants
