Superior Healthcare is looking for dedicated Carers, Support Workers, and Clinical Care Assistants to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will support a young lady in Deal, helping to enhance her overall wellbeing and quality of life.

You will work closely with our clients family, providing compassionate, person-centered care while assisting with her personal care needs. We’re looking for someone who is not only caring and reliable but also creative and proactive, with the ability to come up with fun, engaging, and meaningful activities to support her development, independence, and enjoyment.
As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with one or a small number of clients in your local area.
Location: Deal & nearby areas
Shift Pattern: 12 hour day or night
Client Focus: One client per shift
Rota: Set rota with optional overtime
All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care — preparing you confidently for your first shift.

- Personal care, assisting with night time and morning routine

- Full UK driving license with your own vehicle
