We are currently seeking dedicated bar Staff to join our team in providing great service at our bustling Double Decker Bus restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.
About Us:
Soul Inah Bowl is a unique Caribbean fusion restaurant located on a unique double-decker bus. We pride ourselves on offering a vibrant dining experience with delicious, authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for fun, outgoing and motivated bar staff. This is a karaoke bar so if you don’t mind singing a bit of karaoke now and then that would be an advantage :)
Position: Bar Staff
Contract Type: Zero Hour Contract
Wage: Minimum Wage
Start Date: ASAP
The Role:
- Days: Thursday to Sunday, including Bank Holiday Sundays.
- Hours: Shift work
- Thursday: 5 PM - Midnight
- Friday & Saturday: 5 PM - Midnight
- Sunday: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Contract: Zero-hour contract
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS BAR EXPERIENCE.
MUST HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE "CHALLENGE 25" PROCEDURES.
- Location: Ideally based in Cradley Heath, Halesowen, or nearby.
- Transport: Ideally, able to drive, as shifts finish at midnight, but not essential.

- Big smile and a welcoming, outgoing personality.
- Great energy, proactive attitude, and a love for teamwork.
- Boundless passion for fun, laughter, and most importantly you are willing to sing KARAOKE whenever necessary
Key Skills:
- Cocktail-making experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Confidence in handling customer feedback and resolving issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication in English.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, smiling, professional service to customers.
- Assist colleagues during service with a “problem-solver” attitude.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and fast-paced working environment.
- Provide excellent guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Clear tables and maintain a clean environment
- Help maintain an organised and efficient workflow during busy periods
- Support the team in various front-of-house and back-of-house duties when required
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
-Must live in the surrounding area of B63 2QB or be able to drive to work.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- outgoing fun and friendly personality
-be able to work off your own initiative and not have to be asked to do tasks
-Available through Thursday to Sunday
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
- Must be legally allowed to work in the UK
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
