We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader with a carpentry or plumbing bias to join our team delivering repairs and maintenance works across occupied social housing properties in Sussex.
This role involves carrying out a range of day-to-day repairs while providing a high standard of workmanship and customer service within tenants’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works
- Carpentry or plumbing repairs as a core trade
- General multi-trade works including basic tiling, patch plastering, and decorating
- Work within occupied properties while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or domestic maintenance
- Strong carpentry or plumbing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage daily jobs
