We are offering a competitive basic salary between £29,200 and £36,440, depending on your skills and experience, based on a 42-hour working week, plus the opportunity to earn an additional performance bonus.
You will also receive a £2000 sign on bonus! £1000 in month one of your employment and an additional £1000 in month 13!
As a Prep Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards before reaching our customers. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles
- Working efficiently to agreed timeframes without compromising on quality
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer standards
- Delivering right-first-time fixes and maintaining high levels of productivity
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Automotive (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician or Prep Technician
- An MOT licence (desirable, not essential)
- Your own set of tools
- A full UK driving licence
