This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology Team and play a key role in developing colleagues' confidence and capability across our technology platforms. You'll design and deliver engaging training that enables people to work smarter, embrace new ways of working and get the very best from the systems they use every day.

· Provide one-to-one coaching, workshops, virtual training and floor-walking support.
· Work alongside our Technology Team to support software upgrades, new system implementations and wider digital transformation projects.
· Identify training needs, evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve our training offering.
· Champion best practice and help colleagues adopt new technology with confidence.

About you
You'll be passionate about helping others learn and enjoy making technology accessible to people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
We're looking for someone who has:
· A minimum of two years’ experience as a Systems Trainer, IT Trainer, Technology Trainer or in a similar role.
