This role involves but is not limited to:
Sales and acquisitions of commercial property.
Investment and trading property acquisitions.
Preparing documentation such as contracts to finalise transactions.
Commercial leases.
Ex landlord and tenant matters.
Refinancing next development matters.
Conduct of matter on behalf of clients.
Management of support services, including supervision of Trainees and Assistants.
Dealing with any queries raised by clients on particular matters.
Requirements:
Legal qualification.
Able to demonstrate specialist knowledge of Commercial property law.
Ability to provide a commercial approach in order to deliver economic solutions.
Must be proactive and take initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical and research skills.
Flexible attitude towards working practises and the ability to adapt.
Must be approachable and responsive to both colleagues and clients.
Must be professional and courteous in all dealings.
