Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in data entry, clerical duties, and the ability to effectively utilise office software. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for communicating with clients and team members.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary materials are readily available.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- Assist in financial record keeping,
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain an organised office environment that promotes productivity and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role in a nursing home is preferred but not essential for the right candidate willing to learn.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
