Hours
- 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota
- Flexibility to start at 5am, 7am, or 9am

The role of Hygiene Operative:
- Carrying out day-to-day hygiene activities in line with daily requirements ensuring operational integrity
- General pot washing, cleaning lines and machines to high company standards, and general waste management
- Reviewing equipment and highlighting damage, escalating risks to appropriate personnel
- Ensuring chemicals are used and stored correctly
- Completing all paperwork accurately and submitting to the correct personnel
- Following work instructions and highlighting any issues to the Hygiene Senior Operator
- Promoting a good health, safety, and environmental culture within the department
- Identifying opportunities to make sustainable improvements to quality and performance
The ideal Hygiene Operative:
- Good level of English — hygiene experience within a food manufacturing environment is ideal
- Attention to detail with a basic understanding of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
- Ability to work unsupervised
