Job Summary
SF&SONS LTD is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Operative to join our team. You will carry out a range of specialist construction tasks on residential and commercial projects while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general construction and maintenance work.
- Install, repair, and assemble building materials.
- Perform basic bricklaying, carpentry, roofing, and welding tasks where required.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow drawings, instructions, and health & safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and work closely with the team to complete projects on time.
Requirements
- Experience in construction or a related trade.
- Good knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to carry out physical work in different weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.

Pay: £33,400.00 per year
Experience:
- Bricklaying: 1 year (preferred)
