Sales Assistant – Kelvin Graham Menswear
Location: Ballynahinch, Co. Down
Are you friendly, reliable and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Kelvin Graham Menswear is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.
As a well-established independent menswear retailer, we’ve been helping customers look and feel their best for over 40 years. From everyday casualwear to wedding and formalwear, we pride ourselves on offering expert advice and a personal shopping experience.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the right clothing and accessories.
- Assisting customers with wedding and formal suit hire, ensuring they receive a professional and friendly experience.
- Operating the till and processing sales accurately.
- Packing and preparing online orders to ensure they are dispatched quickly and correctly.
- Replenishing stock and keeping displays well presented.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming shop at all times.
- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day duties and general store operations.
- Working as part of a small team to ensure the shop runs smoothly.

- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to learn about men’s fashion and suit fitting.
- A team player who is happy to help wherever needed.
Retail experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, but a positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important. Full training will be provided, including wedding and formalwear suit hire.

Pay: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
