Duties
- Offer personalised beauty consultations to recommend skincare routines and products
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Communicate effectively with clients in English to explain procedures and provide advice
- Assist with retail sales of beauty products to enhance client experience and meet business goals
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Provide massage (head & body)
- Waxing & threading
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain services and recommendations
- Knowledge of skincare products, tools, and safety standards in beauty treatments
- Energetic attitude with a passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful
