Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply procurement to ensure a productive work environment
- Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through lead generation strategies, social media management, and leveraging platforms like Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and HRIS systems
- Coordinate interview schedules, onboarding processes, and new hire documentation to facilitate seamless integration of new employees
- Maintain accurate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners through effective communication and relationship management techniques
- Oversee social media channels to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and supporting team projects to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration combined with a strong background in recruitment or human resources functions
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and social media management tools to support lead generation and employer branding initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates, colleagues, and external vendors
- Demonstrated understanding of human resources processes within a corporate setting
