Pass Logistics are a leading provider of transportation services. We specialise in managing both our own fleet and sub-contracted work, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional delivery. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Transport Planning Administrator to join our team and contribute to our success.

Typical Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and oversee the movement of vehicles and drivers.
· React promptly to customer requests, providing timely updates and acknowledgments.
· Manage and schedule transport assignments efficiently, optimising routes and resources.
· Book loads to subcontractors at the right price, negotiating agreements when necessary.
· Liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
· Monitor and track fleet activity using transport management systems.
· Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing paperwork, and generating reports.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
· Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational objectives.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in transportation administration or a related field.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in using transport management software and other relevant tools.
· Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
· Flexibility (this role requires both day and night work)
· Comfortable with lone working
· Knowledge of transport regulations and industry best practices is a plus.
