What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating the Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) / cradle system safely and efficiently (full training provided)
- Delivering high-quality external window cleaning across all building elevations
- Ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Completing daily logs and BMU safety checks using our task management system
- Reporting any maintenance issues, faults, or hazards promptly
- Following all health & safety procedures, including PPE, working at height, and COSHH
- Carrying out work professionally and discreetly, respecting residents’ privacy at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous window cleaning experience (BMU experience desirable but not essential)
- A strong focus on health & safety
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to support wider site duties
