Job Title: Property Maintenance Operative
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance operative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be able to complete small repairs across some or all of the following trades, Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling, Plumbing, Groundworks, Roofing, Painting and Decorating
They should be able to work within a team or on their own, work safely inline with the company health and safety policy, and provide excellent customer service and standards of work. Previous experience of working in the construction industry, responsive maintenance or social housing would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, across some of the trades listed above
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Experience:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a similar industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
