The Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Service Engineer to join our team. The role will involve working on a variety of construction and agricultural machinery, both in our workshop and on-site. You will be responsible for responding to breakdowns, carrying out diagnostics, and completing routine servicing and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a range of plant and agricultural equipment
- Respond to breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain high standards of health and safety
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
Requirements
- Experience working on construction and/or agricultural machinery
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
