About the Role
You'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and preferences. Unlike many care roles, you'll regularly support the same clients, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful professional relationships and provide consistent, high-quality care.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and support with daily routines.
- Meal preparation and practical assistance.
- Supporting access to the community, appointments, and activities.
- Encouraging independence and confidence.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Helping individuals achieve outcomes that are important to them.
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous care experience.
All you need is:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
- A genuine desire to care for and support others.
- Reliability and professionalism.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Pay Rates
- £12.71 per hour for candidates with no previous care experience during the six-month probation period.
- Increasing to £13.32 per hour following successful completion of probation.
- £13.32 per hour from the start of employment for candidates with two years or more of care experience.
Working Hours
Our services operate between 7:00am and 11:00pm, seven days a week.
You'll receive set shifts on a two-week rolling rota, providing consistency and helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance while ensuring continuity of care.
