Marketing Associate (Graphic Design and Video Editing)
We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Associate with strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Video editing to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, collaborating with influencers, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to help the management team supporting the clinic's daily operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Graphic Design:
- Edit and produce high-quality graphic design and Video for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ads, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video content.
- Optimise graphic design and content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals.
Influencer & Social Media Collaboration:
·Proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
·Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content briefs, deadlines, and performance tracking.
·Engage with influencers and followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in managing social media accounts and content calendars.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing, video content, and influencer collaborations.
- Analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement and reach.
- Answer clients' enquiries and help the sales team follow up on the clients
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, video editing, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, short-form videos, storytelling).
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable engaging with influencers and team members.
- Proactive attitude—able to take initiative and suggest creative ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
