Responsibilities

- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to keep offerings fresh, appealing, and aligned with guest preferences.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure during busy breakfast service hours.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food hygiene standards.
- Excellent culinary skills with an eye for detail in meal presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff.
- Experience in serving guests or customers is advantageous but not essential.
