Marketing Executive
- Salary: £32,000 – £36,000
- Contract: Full Time, 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
- Working Pattern: Hybrid with 3 Days in Office + 2 Days Home Working (following successful probation period)
- Location: LS14 office with UK wide travel required

Chatterbug is a growing National Social Enterprise dedicated to improving communication outcomes for children, young people and adults through Speech and Language Therapy, training, technology and innovative educational solutions.
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow awareness, engagement and trust across schools, Local Authorities, professionals and families.

What You'll Be Doing
You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create engaging content and communications
- Support conferences, webinars and events
- Build relationships with schools and professionals
- Help grow our digital products + services
- Manage marketing systems and communications
- Coordinate external suppliers and freelancers
About You
You will be:
- A confident communicator
- Highly organised and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
- A strong writer
- Relationship-focused
- Able to work independently
- Passionate about making a positive difference
You will ideally have 3–5 years' experience in marketing, communications, engagement or a related field.
Experience within education, healthcare, social enterprise or public services would be advantageous but is not essential.
