We are continuing to build an Everlasting Evalve and need likeminded individuals to join our team. We are now looking for a committed individual to join our Basingstoke Team in the role of Office Administrator.

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
· Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.
· Process orders, quotes, enquiries and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
· Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks including data entry, reporting, and document management.
· Support the General Manager with full conformance to all statutory and regulatory branch requirements – such as Health and Safety and FORS compliance.
· Any other administrative or sales tasks as required by the General Manager and / or Sales supervisor.

· Excellent analytical skills.
· Data driven individual with a curious mindset.
· Proactive individual and able to work on own initiative.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Flexible.
