Join the Kitchen Team at the UK's Number One Fully Inclusive Resort

As a Commis Chef, you'll work alongside our talented kitchen brigade to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes for our guests, whilst developing your skills across a variety of kitchen sections.
About the Role:
Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you'll assist in preparing fresh, high-quality food for our restaurants. This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'll receive full training to help you develop your culinary skills.
What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing ingredients and assisting with the production of salads, vegetables, starters, main courses and bakery items.

Working across different kitchen sections as required.

Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.

Following HACCP procedures, food safety regulations and completing temperature checks.

Assisting with stock rotation, storage and reducing food waste through correct portion control.

Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to our high standards.

Supporting the team during busy service periods to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Learning about dietary requirements, allergens and food preparation techniques.

Attending training sessions and continually developing your culinary knowledge and skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
Rotating shifts:

6:00am – 3:00pm

12:00pm – 9:00pm

2:00pm – 11:00pm

Previous kitchen or Commis Chef experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
