Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Represent the St Moritz brand through correct professional appearance, behaviour and attitude
- Work alongside the Reception team & with all other departments within the hotel
- Excellent communication with customers, the Reception team & all other departments
- Give guests a warm welcome whether face to face, over the phone or by email
- Carrying out the highest standard of customer service
- Efficient & consistent.
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Check guests in and out: understand room bills & charges
- Address issues in a courteous & compassionate manner, ensuring these are passed on and dealt with by Management where necessary
- Broad knowledge of all hotel attributes and the local area
- Follow & complete daily shift duties and procedures
8 Hours shifts between 7:30am to 11pm, including weekends.
Competitive salary and gratuities paid quarterly upon completion of probation.
