You'll receive specialist training and support to achieve the City & Guilds Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice Qualification, a nationally recognised professional accreditation.
As an Advocate, you'll support vulnerable adults to understand their rights, express their wishes and have their views heard when decisions are being made about their health, care and future.
Working across community settings and inpatient mental health wards, you'll deliver advocacy services, helping people navigate complex situations and ensuring their voice remains at the centre of decision-making.
The role includes supporting people through services such as IMCA, IMHA and Care Act Advocacy.

Experience in health, social care, housing, mental health, support work, customer service or the voluntary sector is welcomed, but not essential.
