Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team at Natitude Bar and Club . The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service in a lively environment, ensuring our nightclub goers enjoy a memorable experience. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to good standards. Previous bar experience e is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Paid Weekly Every Wednesday
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including organising stock and cleaning surfaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the start and end of each shift
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials or events
Skills
- Proven experience in Bar / Hospitality is preferred
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and giving correct change
- Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
- Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked
- Flexibility to adapt to different shift patterns and customer needs
