What you’ll do
- Provide effective data administration to our Asset data team
- Deliver excellent customer service by completing tasks efficiently
- Organise and create property records
- Support with data-based tasks

You have
- Experience in working with data and data entry.
- You will have worked in a relevant administrative or project role, with a basic understanding of underlying business processes and data organisation.
- Excellent prioritising skills to organise your workload and achieve targets within agreed timescales and have can demonstrate collaborative working with internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with Open Housing and MS office (Word, Excel)

• Temporary (12 months contract). Hybrid working with 2 days based in our Newcastle office and the rest from home.
