We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our professional team working across our three modern dental practices: one in Bricket Wood and two in Hemel Hempstead.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a qualified dental nurse looking to develop their career or a motivated trainee seeking hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
About the Role
You will work alongside our dentists and clinical team to provide outstanding patient care while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our practices. The successful candidate will be flexible and willing to travel between our three sites as required.
Responsibilities
- Assisting dentists during a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
- Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments in line with current regulations
- Providing excellent patient care and support
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Managing stock and clinical supplies
- Supporting reception duties when required
- Adhering to all health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding protocols

Qualified Dental Nurse Requirements
- GDC registered Dental Nurse (or eligible for registration)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, caring, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and adaptable with the ability to work across multiple locations
Trainee Dental Nurse Requirements
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in dentistry
- Enrolled on, or willing to enrol on, a recognised Dental Nursing course
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Organised, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to travel between our Bricket Wood and Hemel Hempstead practices
