We are seeking Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensure their dining experience is exceptional. Duties - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately - Serve meals and beverages promptly - Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials - Assist in maintaining cleanliness - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly - Prepare and assemble food offering. Skills - Experience in a restaurant/cafe setting is advantageous - Knowledge of food safety practices - Strong time management skills - Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions - Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation techniques - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
