A Legal 500 ranked national law firm is looking for an experienced Legal PA to join their Succession & Tax team in Bristol.
This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting a highly regarded specialist team — with a genuine opportunity to grow into a lead or supervisory position over time.
The Role
- Delivering high quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
- Drafting, amending and maintaining precedent letters and house style documents
- Matter setup and compliance with internal procedures
- Communicating professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners
About You
A proven background in legal secretarial or PA work within a professional services environment is preferred. Previous private client or succession experience is advantageous but not essential — strong candidates from other sectors with excellent secretarial and administrative skills will also be considered.
Applications are also welcome from experienced Legal Secretaries and Personal Assistants with a legal or professional services background looking to step up into a PA position.
