Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per year.
Contract: Permanent Full-time 40 hrs a week Mon-Friday.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Support Manager to join our growing leadership team. Your Role As Regional Support Manager, you will:
- Lead nursery settings in the absence of Nursery Managers across the group
- Support teams to maintain outstanding care, safeguarding, and EYFS standards
- Assist with Ofsted readiness, audits, recruitment, and staff development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and nursery teams
- Support operational improvements and maintain consistency across settings
- Act as a role model for St. George’s values, culture, and high-quality practice
What We’re Looking For. We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are an experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to progress.
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred)
- Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations.
- Are adaptable, organised, and confident working across multiple settings
- Have strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel across the East Midlands.
