The role – Programme Consultant (Principal Consultant) - Insurance
As part of the Transform Together Consulting team, you will lead complex, data-driven transformation programmes for organisations operating in highly regulated environments such as pensions, insurance, and financial services. The role is well suited to a delivery lead who is comfortable working at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, and who can bring structure and momentum to programmes where execution certainty is critical.
You will work closely with client stakeholders across operations, IT, and senior leadership, helping them move from fragmented, manual processes to more standardised, scalable, and analytics-led operating models. The role requires hands-on leadership of multidisciplinary teams, managing dependencies across, while maintaining a clear focus on outcomes such as speed, quality, and capacity.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience leading complex data-led and AI transformation programmes in regulated industries (e.g. financial services, pensions, insurance, asset management).
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM, PSM, PSPO, SAFe) are highly desirable.
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) and integration processes.
