The Role:
We're looking for a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join our company. The position is in a fast-paced environment and requires the successful candidate to have exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal skills and a willingness to take direction.
Responsibilities:
· Booking repair jobs from various provider online portals.
· Providing updates to customers over the phone or via email or text.
· Communicating effectively with workshop and mobile engineers to discuss repairs in progress.
· Discussing costs and potential solutions for repairs with customers, manufacturers and retailers.
· Assisting in the identification and procurement of parts required to complete a repair, receiving them from the supplier, booking in and allocating to an engineer and contacting the customer to arrange a visit to complete the repair.
Requirements:
. Good telephone manner and able to stay calm under pressure.
· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications would be advantageous.
· Must have a full UK Driving license
· Must be physically fit enough to handle large parts (TV screens and washing machine drums)
