About the role
We're looking for a fit, reliable labourer to join our lawn crew for a 6-week temporary contract, working on scarifying and hollow tining across our client sites. This is outdoor manual work in all weathers, you'll need to be physically capable and happy to graft.
What you'll be doing
- Operating scarifying and hollow tining machinery on lawns (full training given)
- Loading, unloading and transporting equipment between sites
- General manual labour supporting the lawn crew
- Working outdoors, in varying weather conditions, for the full working day
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What you'll need
- Full, clean UK driving licence — essential, as you'll be driving between sites
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check
- Physically fit and able to carry out sustained manual/outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 6-week period
- Previous groundworks, landscaping, greenkeeping or labouring experience is an advantage but not essential — training provided
Hours & pay
- Monday–Friday, 8am–4.30pm
- £13.00–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Tuesday 1st September 2026
