KEBAB DISCO LTD is a UK private limited company operating in the manufacture of condiments and seasonings, unlicensed restaurants and cafés, event catering, and exhibition and fair organisation.
An Experienced Grill Cook prepares and cooks grilled foods while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Season, marinate, and portion meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked safely and consistently.
- Maintain a clean and organized grill station.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Check food quality and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and stock control.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Clean and maintain grilling equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Support kitchen opening and closing procedures.
Pay: £2,100.00-£3,000.00 per month
