Join the BB Marine Production Team! BB Marine (formerly Bainbridge International Ltd) is looking for a practical, motivated Production Assistant to support our busy workshop in Southampton. This is a part‑time role ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants to be part of a friendly, experienced team.
Hours
- 25 hours per week
- Core hours: 09:00–14:00, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working available between 08:30 and 17:00 to suit your schedule
What You’ll Do
- Support Production of marine textile products
- Operate sewing machines and workshop tools (training provided)
- Prepare materials — measuring, cutting, organising
- Check quality of finished items
- Keep the workshop organised and safe
- Work closely with the team to meet daily targets
